Massage Therapy has been a passion of Sandra Keeney, LMT for the last 10 years. In her practice, she focuses on pain management and relief, maintenance for repetitive activities in daily life, and relieving stress for optimal bodily health. Her modality is a hybrid of cranial sacral, myofascial, deep tissue and Swedish.

This deep and detailed therapy addresses specific muscle complaints. Using gait and posture assessment, we will work both the aggravated muscles and those that contribute to them to relieve Trigger points and reduce scar tissue. Session time includes intake, gait and posture assessment (initial session includes 50-60 minuses of hands on work). Please schedule 3 follow up appointments. These can be canceled if unneeded.
