Claira Town, LMT offers full body and deep tissue massage for individuals under stress, in pain, or with muscular dysfunction. Her work uses a variety of techniques and is designed to address your individual circumstances.

Claira received her Massage training here in Columbia at the Columbia Area Career Center. She completed a 750 hour course with an emphasis on Anatomy, Kinesiology and manual techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Stretching techniques. She has also completed an additional 70 hours of Neuromuscular Training, and specializes in Breathing dysfunctions, arms, and shoulders.

This deep and detailed therapy addresses specific muscle complaints. Using gait and posture assessment, Barb will work both the aggravated muscles and those that contribute to them to relieve Trigger points and reduce scar tissue. Session time includes intake, gait and posture assessment (initial session includes 50-60 minuses of hands on work). Please schedule 3 follow up appointments These can be canceled if unneeded.
