Combining the science of the body with the art of massage, our dedicated licensed massage therapists provide an exceptional experience for our clients.

We work with people of all ages, with a wide range of issues. We have helped people suffering from chronic pain due to overuse, injury and surgical recovery. Massage has helped ease the discomfort associated with pathologic pain like Fibromyalgia, MS, Migraine, and Stroke. We have seen the quality of life increase for people suffering from chronic neck, back, hip, and shoulder pain.

We use scientifically based techniques to reduce the pain and increase function associated with conditions from TMJ dysfunction to plantar fasciitis. We offer a therapeutic massage incorporating traditional Swedish techniques, deeper therapeutic methods including NeuroMuscular therapy, hot and cold stone therapy, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage

We customize each massage, working with you and your specific needs. We continue to learn more and more about the human body and the positive effects of massage and touch therapies. In this effort, we are continually updating our manual skills and knowledge of anatomy. We strive to build relationships with our clients as we assist them in reducing pain, restoring balance to their busy lives, and enhancing their general health and well-being.

Our Therapists

We want you to do the things in life that make you happy, without pain. Our Therapists specialize in reducing pain, and relieving stress. Our massages are driven by our knowledge of ANATOMY and are based in proven protocols for muscular pain and dysfunction. Our bodywork comprises postural / gait assessments and muscle specific treatments that are designed to increase range of motion, minimizing the frequency and consistency of pain.

Benefits of Massage

Increase the Benefits with Frequent Visits

Getting a massage can do you a world of good. And getting massage frequently can do even more. This is the beauty of bodywork. Taking part in this form of regularly scheduled self-care can play a huge part in how healthy you'll be and how youthful you'll remain with each passing year. Budgeting time and money for bodywork at consistent intervals is truly an investment in your health.
And remember: just because massage feels like a pampering treat doesn't mean it is any less therapeutic. Consider massage appointments a necessary piece of your health and wellness plan, and work with your practitioner to establish a treatment schedule that best meets your needs.
