Sierra graduated from Missouri Institute of Massage Therapy in 2002. She has completed trainings in Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic, Trigger Point, Hot Stone, and Prenatal Massage. Her intuitive approach draws from a variety of techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. She is passionate about creating a safe space for clients to relax and return to a grounded sense of ease.
